Die monatlichen Wartungsfenster für Managed-Server-Systeme (Windows / Linux) in der awesome.cloud werden jeweils am 18. eines jeden Monats zum angegebenen Zeitpunkt durchgeführt.

wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass im Jahr 2026 monatliche Wartungsfenster für unsere Kunden stattfinden. Das jeweilige Datum richtet sich nach dem ersten Buchstaben Ihres Firmennamens.

Beispiel: Muster GmbH → beginnt mit M, fällt somit in die Gruppe I–Q, daher findet das Wartungsfenster am 18. des Monats statt.

Bitte melden Sie sich bis spätestens 21:00 Uhr von Ihren Systemen ab, da diese mindestens einmal neu gestartet werden.

We would like to inform you that monthly maintenance windows for our AC customers will take place throughout 2026. The specific date depends on the first letter of your company name.

Example: Muster GmbH → starts with M, which falls into the I–Q group, so the maintenance window is on the 18th of each month.

The monthly maintenance window for Managed Server Windows / Linux systems running on awesome.cloud will take place on the 17th of every month at the stated time.

Please log off from your systems before 9:00 PM, as they will be rebooted at least once.
